Blocked drain and toilets
I reported a blocked drain upon the tap installation, before i even moved in about 3 to 4 weeks ago. Till today nothing happened, when calling ur office hello cosmo i am given a run around. I am told everyone is busy abd they will not hire people to attend tovthis matter. I was told there is emergency services when the office is closed but i am told plumbers will be available on the 4th next year. So how am I supposed to survive toilet is not working and a bloked drain

I must apologize for our team not concluding on the unblocking of your drain.
As I understand from our project management, there is suspected blockage on the main water/sewer line. This cleaning of the main line is being attended by our land development together with council plumbing contractor team. To access the main line they required specialized machinery with the permission of council. I am hoping for a conclusion today/tomorrow. Land Develoment will be in touch with me.
I am not sure who advised you that we will only be attending on the 4th Jan. This is not correct.
I will let you know once I have an answer later this evening or tomorrow.
