Big hole in the yard

I have bought a new house with cosmopolitan at savanna city and at first when it wss raining water came in the house and called them and maybe after two months that when they responded to my complain and now i have a hallow in the yard and send them emails with no response and got the number of a guy called lucky and he tells me there is nothing that they can help me with as i have passed one year staying at the house and that hallow is growing as the rain continues i dont know what to do anymore please help me
