Best consultant i ever had to deal with

I'd like to take this time to thank and recognize one of the most committed, disciplined, and determined employees I've ever worked with. He is always calm, altruistic, and willing to help others. Our application was originally handled by another consultant, who I understand has now resigned, and Mr. Edward Ntate took over, treating us with the dignity and respect we deserved.

In a society that is very quick to complain and very slow to pass compliments, I’m sending this to highly compliment Mr Edward Ntate on the service he provided to me and my partner. He was a breath of fresh air to deal with especially when good customer service is so hard to find these days.

I hope he at least gets verbal recognition from the company (maybe an increase or a bonus) as he needs to be recognised for the excellent service, he provided to us If all customer services personnel treated customers like he treated us life would be so much easier.

Well done Mr Ntate, it was a pleasure dealing with you.
