Bad Service
I approached CentralDev October 2019 as I wanted to get a house on one of their projects in Royal Cradle Westgate and everything went smoothly as the bond application with the bank was processed by them and it was approved on the same month. I went to sign with the lawyers in December to register the bond and they assured me that by June 2020 I will be living in my new house. Still today I haven't been able to be in my new house as they haven't finished building it, this whole thing has been a nightmare for me and costing me money as I'm currently paying storage for my new furniture. Not even a single person that helped me to apply has contacted me and assisted me about this, spoke to Ruan and he **** to me. I feel like I I made a very big mistake by approaching them as I have received bad service and they just don't care about their clients.

Subsequent to our quick talk earlier today, I have requested timeline progamme for delivery of your house from ouor Project Management.
Per the system your house is 65% complete. We can reasonably expect to hand over keys to you before end August.
I will receive the programme on Monday and contact you again.

I feel like my complain is falling to deaf ears. Last week you promised that you will call me back and you never followed up on the promise. You said the house will be finished before the end of August and I went to the site today. Nothing has been installed inside the house, the yard is full of rocks and there are no doors installed. So please stop lying to me and promising on something that you cannot deliver, I mean August is in 3 days time but there are no people working on the house. You guys have failed me dismally and I'm very disappointed for a reputable company like yours this is how you treated me. On a monthly basis I'm losing more money renting when I could be pushing the bond loan with it. You guys have caused me stress and financial burdens throughout this whole journey.
