Bad Service Cosmopolitan Projects ext 31
Cosmopolitan houses are the worse ever. They crack, bathrooms leak within 3 months, poor doors water comes in when it rains, geysers take about two weeks to work . They give us poor homes yet we pay every month.
Something needs to change. they take forever to respond yet we PAY.

Bad after sales service
I bought a house last year, and when I moved in I noticed the are cracks on the walls, I called and the people came to patch them only for them the re appear on the same places again and now no one wants to come and fix it.
