Bad service

I have moved in into my house at star village yet problem are not ending… the drain was not working, the geyser was not connected we wasted money on electricity for 5 weeks switching it on for 5 hours and the water wouldn’t even get warm…now my neighbour’s realised that my roof is incomplete yes there is a tile missing from the roof which could result in the house leaking…i reported the matter on August 30th up to date i have not received feedback but stories after stories Cosmo has bad customer service and rude agents the look on paper but customer service is zero so useless yet we are paying a lot of money to be treated like this think again before buying a house from them … call me and fix this ***

Good day Mbhoni,Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We are sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. We have reviewed your service history and can confirm that previous faults reported at your property were attended to and completed, with sign-off received. We were unable to trace a formal fault logged with our Client Service Department regarding the loose roof tile reported in your post. We have, however, contacted you and requested that the fault be logged through the correct Client Service channels so that it can be formally recorded, allocated and attended to.For the benefit of all our clients, it is important that faults are reported through the official Client Service channels. Reporting concerns directly to contractors or teams on site may result in the matter not being formally logged and tracked on our system, which can unfortunately cause delays in follow-up and resolution. We take all reported concerns seriously and remain committed to ensuring that formally logged faults are attended to accordingly.Kind regards,
Chanel Collen
