Bad service and slow response

I would not recommend anyone to buy a house with this people. The service is very bad i just moved in 3 months ago I logged a call for them to come fix the pipe by the kitchen sink as water is flowing out from the wall. I came back from work on Monday to find the house flooded. They only called me to arrange time to be available I knock off early for them to come but they don't show up and tell me they knock off at 4pm, how does a big company not have people on stand by to attend to emergencies at any given time? How many times must I take time off work to be home when they decide to attend to my emergency. Worse part they resolved my case without fixing the pipe.
