Bad service and ******
Worst place ever Cosmopolitan. I bought a house a from them and as a first time buyer I paid for Transfer fees, which I believe new developments don’t charge especially if the house is less than a million. Their sales agents are ****** and they protect them. Even today I am still fighting with them that when I bought my house it said 932 thousand but my statements says my house is 900 hundred thousands. Had I known I wouldn’t have wasted my time. this is so wrong in many ways. Including the Lawyers they work with Van Reynsburg and S.A Home loans.
Please be careful ❗️ when you purchase a house with this ******.
