Bad service

I bought a house at Milano security estate because I love the place and because of security. But yooooo, things are not getting done. Moved in month end of November, there were problems which I reported. Made an appointment with one of their employees, and said I will take leave. Took leave but the employee did come to fix the problem. Called the next day saying that someone forgot to print something. During January I sent a retention form to complete in 7 days, as it will expire after 7 days. And during meetings and handover I was informed that retention take place after 3 months. It's not 3 months but they want to do retention. Water doesn't flow in the main bedroom shower, and other things that needs to be fixed. Someone came and attempted to fix, left the shower messy for me to clean. The foreman came to check and said that water still doesn't flow. We spoke and they said they will come on Saturday the 17 February 2024, no one came after I waited. I'm receiving calls and being told that I have to take leave so that I'm available during the week, for my house to be attended to which I am refusing considering that they don't adhere to their appointments. I'm being told to forget about last year things. The cleaning stuff, don't clean the external yard properly. You will find grass in your yard. Instead of the cleaners cleaning the cut grass the will sometimes push the grass inside the yard.

The grass in the yard was not planted nicely, the ground was not leveled for the grass.
