Bad service
Hi I moved in December at Palm Springs secure village. Of which the contract I signed says that the warranty of the house is one year from the time of occupation. I was not given a compliance certificate, my lights are not working I tried contacting them via email no response. I am very disappointed

Please advise the channels used to report that the lights are not working.
We have very specific client service email and contact numbers per our website.
We will need to ensure your complaint came via the correct channels so that it can import direct into our client service software.
