Bad service

It started bad with their rude agent who kept loosing documents and re requesting and was told she has long service as a response and they do not know why she was loosing documents and kept delaying the process

Then continued with a different agent to close off, yo they never update you on anything what so ever on the building progress you must keep chasing, I tried calling their client service but as soon as the refer you to Cradlestone-Mindalore people it hangs up.

I hope I wont regret using Cosmo to assist me in getting a home.
