Can somebody please help me, people came into my house to do an after accupation inspection, they did not finish the job after that they let the person who was in the house to sign the form, and that was even before they started, can someone check the signature in that form and compare it to mine. Stand no 8643

I have cleared the confusion, our teams do at times at the permission of the owner, get the person at the home to sign for the inspection of works needed, or works done. This was not done in your insistance.
We have again reinforced this with our contractors to ensure they have in writing that an owner authorizes someone else to act on his behalf when it comes to ther repair works.
