bad service

<p>I app**** for a property in Savanna City (mid vaal) with Chri and his manager Eddy last year November I signed my final contract and after that it all went down hills. I was promised the house will be ready end of May by Chris but that did not happen after I have cancelled my laise were I was renting. further more his manager Eddy promised me the house will be 23 June that didn't happen too and now I had to move to rent a place around savannah City were I am paying R4000 of rent plus interam interest of R2000 to Nedbank. I called Eddy to findout what is happening with the house he just told me its not ready I must wait. I am even thinking of cancelling this whole deal as Chris and Eddy have broken so many of they promises and all that is costing me a lot of money. I am not happy with they absents of they service they have no value of they clients once you sign the contract they just don't care anymore. they never communicate the progress of the building you must call them everytime and they just answer with K even when you expecting an explanation. I am sick of Cosmopolitan and they useless staff. If I knew all of this I won't have signed with them as its clearly they dont have any consumer service . today its the 31/July I am still waitng to move in the house.</p>
