I am very disappointed with the service I received from cosmopolitan agent by the name Joseph Mabjaia. I app**** for a bond house that was advertised on facebook. This was last year around November . Because of lockdown I had to reapply because 6 months passed and lockdown regulation block me from proceeding , On the 4th July 2020 I went to the show room and met a consultant(Joseph Mabjaia) and he said he will assist with the application and that’s when me and my wife filled and signed all application documents and gave it to the agent .On the 27 July 2020 I went to deliver all necessary documents requested by the agent and signed the remaining documents. Later that week he called and requested for me to choose a stand which I did and I gave him a list of stand I want from the map on the premises , stand number *********36014 target 36202 target Sent from my Huawei phone On the 5th of August 2020 he sent me an email with proof that he requested stand number 36202 and later he said the stand was taken. The stand that was allocated was 36012 and I never chose that stand. I told him that I need a big stand roughly 1000m2. On the 7th of August 2020 he said One of the stand I requested was available and he has app**** with the stand from admin. On the 18th the agent called me and requested a pay slip and bank statement for July 2020, Today I was so disappointed to find out that the stand that was allocated to me was taken and I must choose another stand when I call the agent he said the lady from admin by the name of Danisile was the one that delayed and when I call her she said the stand take 48 hours and Joseph did not send my application on time. So I am very disappointed and I’ve never encountered such incompetency. So all this time I was waiting for a notification from the bank while my documents were sitting with one of your consultants.

I need an explanation from Joseph and Gabisile or their managers ASAP before I escalate this matter further to their management.

I have managed to track the stand you originally purchased. 
There are several updates of us waiting on the latest documents from you.
I will check with the submission team for more clarity and discuss with the relevant head of sales for that team.
I will revert to you with how it has come about that the stand your require is no longer available.

Unfortunately at this time we have no unallocated stands of this size.
We can but monitor for any pending approval(on a stand of similar size as your needs) that may collapse.

Please give me opportunity to speak with the relevant persons and revert back to you later today.

I phoned the lady from Admin (Gabisile) and asked her on when did she receive my application She couldn't answer. I gave them (Joseph Mabjaia and Gabisile) all the documents on time. And they told me that the lady who released the stand didn't follow process. She gave the stand to the other buyer without following process. If you are saying " There are several updates of us waiting on the latest documents from you " Send me proof that I did not do my part.

On behalf of Cosmopolitan,  I do apologize for the stress and loss of your original choice, due to no fault of yours.
Unfortunately, we have policies in place and turnaround times which were not followed by the sales team that worked on your transaction.
This has been addressed with the team in the most serious light. 

Fortunately we have managed,  together with you, to  find consensus on a way forward to mitigate your negative experience as best possible.
Via our Operations and Project Management,  we have sourced you a new stand to your satisfaction.
