Bad houses forever

<p>Living inside a house from cosmopolitan is a great pain and i wonder why municipality is supporting cosmo like this, i mean i'm living inside a house that might fall and yet my bank support this as well. Actually who to blame here? Cosmo/Banks/Municipality? or all of them.</p> <p>I don't think there's one customer who will come and say i'm happy with what cosmo did, i sometimes blame this banks that fail customers when coming to bond.</p>
