Bad feedback reputation
I am really disappointed with the service the staff at cosmopolitan give to us buyers of houses, they don't give feedback and when you call the person you want help from their always busy and say they will call you back later and they don't, this never happens when they want you to commit in the beginning, you get called daily.
I have not signed for occupation yet and I am already thinking that the house won't be up to standard ,due to the attitude of the company itself I don't know how we can trust them to build houses if their admin is this bad

We have received feedback from our team leader. Per his records you have been contacted every month. The last update being 11 Feb 2019.
I understand you were contacted yesterday by our senior admistrator from our Carlton office.
Possibly you are frustrated because your house is not ready yet and it is month end. A time usually for planned for moving house.
As you have been advised the house is ready, except that the electic meter is faulty. Council has been requested to attend the fault.
Once this is done we will test the 'electrics' of your house. Should there be any faults, these will be attended.Then only can we release keys.
We do identify with your frustration of not being in the house yet, but we must ensure all is in order before handing over keys.
We do not purposely delay any house. This would cause huge frustration, but secondly we would not stall receipt of our final payment for the house either.
Please trust that we deliver as rapidly as is "quality and safety" possible.

I have since received feedback that the electricity failed on Tuesday, team leader said it would be sorted in 2 days, any new developments as I have to inform my tenant whether I am moving out so they can move in?
