Bad experience
I am honestly not happy with the service from cosmopolitan at the moment. I am being inconvenienced and no one seems to care.

Per our discussion, you are dissatisfied that your house will not be ready for move-in this year.
You have advised that you were given a date by our head office finance team.
All key handover dates for year-end dates come from the marketing office and directly from myself.
Unfortunately, your house was never recorded as going to be completed this year to ourselves at marketing (of which all clients were advised by myself on 30 September).
Internally estimated dates that are continually revised are not a guarantee of house delivery.
I am waiting for you to email me the correspondence you confirmed was sent to you with a key handover date for this year so we can address it with the relevant persons.
