Bad Customer Service
I brought a property in Lion Pride Lifestyle Estate and took occupancy in June 2021. On occupation we were informed that we have to identify defects and they will do 3 months retention inspection. We have sent so many correspondence to Cosmopolitan and to date have not received any feedback and these defects are not fixed. We are now on our 8th months with so many defects in our house
