Bad Client Care Service

Customer Service (Client Care) service is very poor. they don't attend to you, you will even escalate but it will go nowere. I have a default shower in the mainbedroom so they need to come and change the flooring i have been following up an escalating to a point were now i have given up i am nolonger calling them, i even raised this issue on the 3months checkup survey but nothing has been done, i raised so many concerns on the 3 months checkup no one has contacted me to say we coming to fix them. the fact that we have a shower and it is just for decorations because it is not functional is not nice. so if you are thinking of buying a cosmopolitan house at Emperors security estate just be ready to fight for everything because they dont take us serious.

We have since established that the matter was raised directly with the Construction team and had not been brought to the attention of our Client Service team, which meant we were not aware of the outstanding issue to assist and follow up accordingly.Once the matter was brought to our attention, we immediately followed up with the relevant team, and the shower has since been attended to and repaired.We are pleased that the matter has now been resolved and that, following our engagement with you, you have confirmed that you are satisfied with the outcome and will be removing your Hellopeter review.We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to improving our communication and service to our clients.
