BAD AND EXPENSIVE HOUSES BY COSMOPOLITAN IN ELAPHANT EYE

I just got into a house by cosmopolitan in Elaphant Eye Housing development in Soweto, I moved in July this year, according to me this was supposed to be a great experience for me and my family but since we moved in we've been experiencing nightmare. The houses are too expensive and yet not in a good condition, already there's damages that we keep reporting to cosmopolitan and it's a hustle to get feedback from them, they now rude to us and they don't have sense of emergency at all because already we are into their trap, I don't know how an inspector gives allows a hand over to a house that is not complete properly. It feels like an RDP house as compared to the price we are paying. Now cosmopolitan wants to finish the project and leave without fixing their own mess, why must we fix new houses, isn't this supposed to be a joy
