Awesome service from Thulani Mhlope and Cosmopolitan projects

So, I tried buying a house before and the agent I was dealing with then was so reluctant to assist me. I always had to follow up all the time until one day he told me his supervisor says he doesn't think I will qualify.

Well, I was heartbroken but for some reason, I believed I could get a house. So, one day I was just browsing through the Lion Pride offers and I came across Thulani's ad and I just filled in my details to be called back. Thulani called me immediately and asked if I could send him some of my details. I did but still doubtful as I remembered how the other company had turned me down. Thulani took in my application with so much honor and made me feel worth even though I was doubting myself. There was a point he called and asked if I could resend some documents and out of anxiety (in a way I was kind of waiting for a rejection) I snapped at him and I told him to maybe cancel the application. He kept his cool and kind of gave me the motivation not to give up. He kept me on the loop throughout the process until my application was approved by the bank. Thank you, Thulani for helping me out and for being so humble and highly professional. Not forgetting Palesa, Gloria, and Yohann. You guys are an amazing team. We came to your offices and met Yohann who explained the process in full on what will happen after signing the bank offer and went to show us the stand. He was so funny, accommodative, and treated us so well. Thank you all for the amazing experience. I will definitely recommend anyone to Cosmopolitan projects because of your amazing service.
