Angry customer

We app**** for a house before Covid-9 began which was last year March. We were told it would take a year at most. There was then a delay because there was a level 5 lock-down . We are currently still waiting for our property and the company is going to close this year again which will mean we can move in only next year. This has been a huge inconvenience.

The information your post is incorrect.
The onus is with you to ensure you post is factual.

We take false statements posted on social media seriously.

Your transaction did not start last year March.

You purchased your vacant, unserviced stand last October, bond approved November.
As per norms with all new property developments registration may take 3 to 4 months.
Registration was affected July, this year. (All Deeds Offices, state divisions for property transactions closed 26 March up until 1 June.)
The land was registered in your name 3 July. Construction of you house started immediately upon you being the land owner.

Your house is 60 percent complete.
We expect had you been to site to view the construcition you would be aware that the house is  almost complete.
Keys will be handed over to you this year.

We will contact you within the course of the week as we expect our year end programme for house handovers later this week.

Please refer to our website for our correct client service contact deails.

Kind regards
