After selling they don't care anymore

<p>My name is Theo Matiki we bought a house at Protea Glen ext 20 and now the wall is cracking and my front is sinking now it is getting worse after a heavy rain from the pavement where there is plumbing and piping conncetion for sanitation there is a huge hole that keeps on sinking, i have tried my level best to have the matter from Cosmopolitan and they pushed me to take this matter to this service from my sales consultant Nelson Dube to Operations manager Mbuso Mhlanga. I called Johanneburg Water they came checked the problem using their Machines and found no licking pipe underground then declared a construction ignorance, Cosmo now is reffering the matter to our insurance and my question is what does my insurance has to do with pipe conncetions and not stampng where they digged propperly, now this is getting worse to a point that my neighbor is also affected.Please help us</p>
