A new house with faults as if it is 20 years old
So we finally moved in, nothing is working in the house, lights are flickering the whole time since last night, plugs were not working, geyser was not working, toilet is faulty and fills water only up to half way through (you must flush at-least 6 times), the flush doesn't stop till you lift it up. logged a call and was told this is how it works. logged a call and got a reference at 8:56 and no one has called up until now, tried calling and they try to transfer me and I get cut off....is this a new house? it seems there are too many faults for this to be a new house

12 Dec 2019, 12:06and then I spoke to the lady by the name Tshepang who was very rude and said to me I can cancel the deal knowing very well that there isn't much I can do now, still sitting in a new house without lights because they are refusing to fix it, this is a new house and not even a month old
