A HOUSING COMPANY THAT DEVALUES PEOPLES HOUSES
I am pleading with Cosmo to remove all the trash they threw outside my yard, as far I know the outside of my yard is not a s**** yard and if they do not value my property, I DO, it’s mine after all. Should they fail to remove it, may they me informed that I will make a s**** yard of their show houses. And thank you to Jackson for getting back to my calls, if you won’t get back to clients and excel in this customer service “thing” do not agree to serve the people if it will be serving them with lies.

It is very concerning that your advise we "dumped" trash outside your front yard.
I will be in touch with you to confirm the type of ******* disposed, you do not clarify if it's builders rubble or household garbage.
I will get photos via Jackson to see also if indeed builder's rubble to proximity to your house.
Be assurred if indeed on your front yard I will ensure immediate removal.
