Im not the kind of person who likes to complain but this time i thought maybe if i come here someone will listen. Firstly i dont know who to speak to get clarity on the progress of the house we app**** for. Last year May we app**** for a house and still today we are waiting and the house has been on 98% since the beginning of February 2021. All we want to know is how long should we wait for the house to be on 100% give us an update and tell us exactly how long we have to wait. We are told that its Eskom and this and that. Can someone just give us the right answer as some of our neighbour's have moved in. What is happening with the house at Sky City please an update. We've been calling the guy by the name Eddie and he's always telling us a lie that the electricity has been installed and when we go to check there's no progress, worse my house was the first to be finished and all the houses nearby our house has electricity except ours, I regret buying from cosmopolitan and wish I can cancel everything

Your sales team leader, Eddie, has not been lying to you. It is exactly as he has been updating you. There are no availability of electrical meters from council for many houses on our Sky City site.
Unfortunately there are many factors on the back end of each property transaction that govern which houses are available to be handed over to clients. These are municipal infrastucture , construction and legal milestones.
Please be assured your house is not "purposely" delayed. In as much as you require your house, we would not compromise you need to occupy or our payment for our complete house by creating delays. We do not want our clients to be so frustrated, nor do we want to delay payment for our product by not handing over keys to you.
These meter delays are managed for conclusion daily from top management to our site operational staff together with council meter team. It has been slow progress but the end is in site.
