100% Poor delivery.
Cosmopolitan Projects. I actually bought the house last year & have tasked my Agent to seek assistance pertaining my Voucher, since then I haven't been answered or given the voucher; whilst neighbours are receiving theirs.
Where to report from here, because this will have to escalate and recommending someone to the company and suffer like this. I will take the matter to escalation.
If I knew such would happen; I should've taken other offers; disappointment at its best.

Kindly see my response of the 21st August to that post.
This is the postion we have taken on queries where NO VOUCHERS were issued and clients are expecting retrospect vouchers.
Vouchers that WERE ISSUED at the time of individual transactions last year, have been honoured.
Where clients are now coming forward, demanding back dated vouchers as part of their transaction, but never issued vouchers at the time of sale, these claims are considered invalid.
Comopolitan, unfortunately cannot accomodate these requests.
