1 Estate in every area in Gauteng

Posts their property for Lion Pride in every single area in Gauteng... won’t be surprised if I find this listing in Cape Town... Tamlin van Heerden clearly cannot do her job correctly...

 We do not understand the nature of your post?
 
 All South Africans have the right to own property of their choice, anywhere in the country whether for private home and/for
investment purposes.
 
We do extensive advertising and marketing as is
best practice for any business. We will advertise as free market permits
throughout Gauteng. 
 
Should we find per market research that there is a viable market in any other province we would advertise in that province as well.  
 
That you would single out a particular staff
member in our marketing team would seem that you make this a personal issue.

We will take up with our legal team and Hello Peter.

Isalina, my guy, please read the complaint and try to understand ???? but I will make it clearer...

Lion Pride Lifestyle Estate is situated in Nietgedacht, not Northcliff, not North Riding, not Roodepoort Central, not Olivedale, not Radiokop, and the list goes on. I have personally reported over 20 listings for this one property due to location errors.

I have proof that both Private Property and Property24 agrees with me as they made the necessary changes to correct these false listings.

Tamlin is the agent on ALL these listings, thus me singling her out. Maybe you guys need to mix this up with different people so that I can name them all?

If Cosmopolitan Projects cared about their work and how business is done, this issue wouldn’t have happened - but clearly with all the negative reviews on this site, you guys don’t care.

I believe it is ******* to have deceiving/false adverti*****t which I am within my rights to seek legal advice.

Isalina, again, read my complaint and try to understand...

 I now understand your original post.
 
 It is not my expertise whether advertising across all suburbs or classing a new area under a specific known existing suburb is *******. I will refer to our legal team for their investigation.
 
 However, advertising as we do, is not meant to be misleading.
 
 The main purpose for this advertising strategy, is that our clients can "place" the proximity of a new development as yet unknown, not easy to locate since not even yet identified on Google Maps etc.
 
 In aligning our development to existing suburbs within a reasonable radius - it gives our prospective clients an indication whether they would be interested in such a development. It assists our clients when house hunting. It assists that they are in a position to consider their places of work, schools, travel routes etc. in relation to our development. All these considerations are needed before our client can even drive out to see if our development would be suitable for them.
 
 We specific ensure that clients are NOT mislead. Our policy is no transaction is considered an approved sale unless/until our client has been to site with our marketer. Our client must see his/her actual stand. This is then confirmed by our admin team direct with the client. No transaction is proceeded with unless this dual check is done. We do this to ensure our client has direct knowledge of exactly where his/her home will be, the surrounding area and value of investment.
 
I do hope this gives you clarity of our intention when advertising in this manner.

I understand why you guys feel the need to do so, but unfortunately I cannot accept that it is the only viable marketing strategy.

Websites like Private Property and Property24 have filters so you can avoid areas you do not want to live in. I have notifications set so that when there is a new listing, I can have a look and then decide if I want to engage with the agent or not.

If you guys post the same property/listing in al areas, it sends out notifications to everyone who has specific requirements in specific locations - it is misleading and to be fair, annoying.

Lion Pride Lifestyle Estate can be found on Google Maps, Google and Waze - it all points to the same location in Nietgedacht.

The fact that you guys suggested/threatened with legal action based on an individual giving you a bad review speaks for itself. Hello Peter was designed for that specific purpose (reviewing companies/institutions/etc) and it is clearly the only way to get the attention of big corporates.

Please note, I will continue to report each listing of Lion Pride Lifestyle Estate which is “located” outside of Nietgedacht - I don’t want to receive this notification. I will also revert back to Hello Peter with updates should I feel the need to.

In the best interest of both Cosmopolitan Projects and clients like myself on listing websites like Private Property and Property24, I urge you to avoid falsely posting properties in the wrong locations.
