When I started researching pool companies, Cosmo Pools was one of the companies that attracted my attention first due to the great online reviews. I contacted them and other companies for a quote. Christo was very professional and gave excellent advise. As a first time pool owner, a trusted and knowledgeable contractor was crucial. Cosmo Pools wasn’t the cheapest quote, but their professionalism and good track record is what made me decide to do business with them. The service was excellent, they kept to the promised time frame. The only reason why I did not give them a 5 rating is because of the initial coping that was not acceptable. Secondly, aesthetics is important in my garden. The finishing plaster work was not one as neatly as I would have wanted it to be. Other than that, great experience and too notch quality pool.
