We installed 2x firbre pools in 2019

We installed 2x firbre pools in 2019. One small 1,8 x 1,8 and a larger 3x10x1,5. Included in the installation was a salt chlorinator and a large heatpump. In 2020 we noticed cracks in the large pool appearing on where the pool was joined. This was escalated and remained unattended during various lockdowns. The factory sent a rep to inspect. Initially the cracks which turned outbto be failure in gelcoat, was identified as a factory fault. Christo and the Cosmo team together with Jaap from the factory agreed to re-line the entire pool! We now have a brand new shell and its looking great and at no cost. Also, their team fixed small defects in grout around the paving with no cost. Well done Cosmo team! I am a happy customer. Paul
