We do believe that the job could’ve been done more professionally. There where things done by Trust that he never okayed with us and we just had to accept. Like with the river sand he used that never got replaced, our wall that was bumped and not complete

Cosmo Pools worked quickly when they were at my property. They had a number of projects running at the same time and when they were delayed on another site, this in turn delayed my project. I would have preferred Christo to be on site during and at the end of the project as there were times we agreed on a matter before the project but he was not available to ensure it was completed. An example of this was with the colour of the pool motor cover, which had to be changed due to miscommunication on their side. Another example was the incorrect size heat pump was installed and had to be changed. Their foreman was on site daily but would often over promise and under deliver on timing. The project was completed successfully in the end but could have been done with a lot less headaches and in a much shorter time period. I would recommend their business as the workmanship was done very well.
