Cosmo pools Bad workmanship and no after sales service
1 year after installation cracks and holes as well as stain marks started appearing. I alerted Cosmo pools and they rep**** that's why I have a guarantee, and that I should send some pictures they will get back to me. Well that has not happened. The pool shell was a problem from day one Pools for Africa (The manufacturer of the pool shell ) even came out to repair the newly installed pool.
