How refreshing to deal with a contractor that stays true to his word and installs a wonderful product and maintains a great after service record. From day 1 Christo was not the cheapest, but we decided to go with Cosmo pools for their great reputation, and many more reasons. Christo was not trying to push a sale, in fact he advised us on a smaller pool that would suite our needs. He was lenient on the payment terms to give us piece of mind. The shell arrived from Capetown much earlier than originally promised and the Installation date was kept. There where no delays and his team was on time and spot on. The snag list was attended to in the same week as installation and now almost a year later a few small snags popped up and guess what... the team is in my yard as we speak sorting it out with no issues or questions asked. I am very very very impressed and would really recommend Cosmo Pools to anyone wanting to install a new pool. Well done guys!
