Will not take back wrong order

Stuck with 4 bottles of 250mls 1 of a gardenia fragrance that I cant use as they refused to exchange, they sold me a fragrance that doesn't even smell like the fragrance , when I made them aware they told me to go dispute at the bank knowing very well the bank will not assist with such ,

Was so disappointed cuz been their customer for quite a long time

Their website says should yu have an issue with yur order they'll refund or arrange for a pick but it's a lie

Will never ever use their services and will never recommend a business that lacks accountability.
