Zero Customer Care

They just do not seems to have any customer care or do not care for any repeat business. I ordered some chairs, the delivery was late and wrong. Called Design Quarter branch to be told " Well, you have to send a email with picture so we can send it to our factory"...eish. I did this even though, they should have come and collected the chairs and apologies. Now the days tick by with no response and my wrong chairs still with me. Sis man.
