You get what you pay for - Amazing service

I went to Coricraft in Springfield park in November last year, after many many months of online browsing . I knew exactly what i wanted and the aim was to get in and get out without a fuss. Boy was i pleasantly surprised, John assisted me, from the moment i walked in he was attentive and knowledgeable, he actually managed to get me to spend more without being pushy, he offered advised and took my concerns to heart. finally my hand made furniture arrived in mid February and I loved every single piece except that the coffee table was a little cramped (honestly, John did warn me and tried to convince to get a different one) 1m x 1m in addition to those gigantic couches proved to be just too much for my living space. I called John the very next day to explain the issue, without hesitation he reassured me and proceeded to look for alternative coffee tables, i already had one in mind and that's the exact one he suggested. He processed the exchange on the system and told me i will be contacted by the warehouse to arrange delivery of the new table and collection of the other one. a week later my living room is the picture perfect. John is an absolute gem.
