Wrong Order

I placed an order for a 4-seater couch, 3-seater couch as well as a day-bed in December 2015. The day-bed being in a different fabric.<br> <br> Order was completed 14 March, but I did not receive a call. I followed up, with the stock controller saying she will get back to me, without any response.<br> Received a call today from the Store manager, and they mixed up the fabric and manufactured the couches incorrectly. I have been waiting 3 months, just for someone to stuff up the order. And by the way, instalments on these couches have been going off since start of this year!<br> <br> Unacceptable and very disappointed.
