Wrong Order

Good day,<br> <br> I bought a dining table and a corner couch from Coricraft Parkview on the 12/09/2015. They delivered on the 19/10/2015 but only to discover that the couch was wrong, it was a LH slouch and it should have been a RH slouch as explained the day I bought the couch. I've sent the couch back that very same day. I spoke to Leon Lochner, the sales person at Coricraft Parkview and he was of great help, excellent service and was more than willing to help, he did put in a new order v31205. My problem is, I've waited 5 weeks for the couch and now my order is wrong, I've just set up house and I have nothing to sit on. Leon Lochner did send Constance an email with the new order. He has also asked her to mail Mariam, to see if they can give my order preference. No one is getting back to me, I phoned Constance on 011 611 87 00 yesterday and she has promised me that she will phone me back but nothing yet, I have also mailed [Email Removed] but nothing, it doesn't help leaving messages because no one gets back to me! This is really not acceptable and really inconvenient, I can't wait another 5 weeks and this wasn't my mistake (miscommunication). Hope to hear from you soon
