Wrong couch delivered

We spent a lot of money on 2 new leather couches and one pays a fortune for delivery. Today our couches arrive, one is the wrong colour. Can’t get through to any of their stores. We drive all the way to Tokai where we bought it, no attempt to sort it. Told us they can only look at it on Monday. This is unacceptable, very poor customer service!
