Wrong color of leather sofa delivered by Coricraft = no refund / no exchange

Worst customer service in South Africa : never experienced such a profound disdain for customers after the L shape leather sofa I bought got delivered. Coricraft advertised a certain type and color of leather and sent me a totally different one. When asked about that, they simply reply, it will age with time. I did not buy a sofa which will change to a color that I like in 20 years ! I want the promised color right from the start. Pathetic behavior : not returning calls, not replying to emails, a typical "don't give a **** about customers' attitude. Don't buy a Coricraft item unless you want to experience the worst customer service ever.
