Worst service I have ever had

<p>I am VERY unhappy with the service from this company. I ordered a couch and was told to wait 4-6 weeks for it to be manifactured and delivered. I did not mind at all because I thought it was worth it. I was told that when my couch is done, someone would phone me and then I would have to pay the balance and arrange a delivery date. NO ONE ever phoned me and more than a month had passed. I phoned the store and warehouse (Mariet and Constance) numerous times and no one could give me any answers. After a week of phoning THEM every day, the couch was ready. But NO ONE could give me a delivery date. I complained and complained and later it felt like I was getting somewhere. Later someone phoned me and told me that I can come pick my couch up (but i paid for delivery) from Polokwane (but it must be delivered to potchefstroom). Bear in mind this was loooong after the 4-6 weeks period and after so many phone calls. I got very angry and was said it was their mistake and I was PROMISED by two seperate employees that on the latest it would be delivered this Thursday. I was angry but at least i FINALLY have a delivery date. I received a phone call that the delivery truck was at Polokwane but they could not pick the couch up. I phoned them and they apologised again and now I still dont have a delivery date. I want my money back. This is pathetic. I have paid in full and still have nothing to show. It is not worth the wait. I want my full refund. I will never shop here again. To top it all off, more than once did they promise to phone me back and never did. The phone was put down in my ear so many times and i never was mean or unreasonable. </p> <p> </p>
