Worst Service for online purchases

If it was possible to give you zero stars I would.

You guys have by far given me the worst online service. And I have never in my life seen a company that cares so little about its reputation. Your online customer service is close to non existent. Ordered cushions two to three weeks ago. Followed up on the order and was told it's on dispatch. Still waiting. Provided my order number on your FB page,which I actually think is a bot responding to us because no feedback whatsoever. I want my cushions I don't care how you gonna make that happen all I know is you will deliver them at the same promo price i bought them for.
