Worst Service Ever

We bought a table and benches with the Corricraft shop in Higveld mall. Since day 1 they have promised me that they will phone me back to give me feedback on how far my table and benches are. but If I don't phone them they just don't inform me. I have spoken to the branch manager on Friday and she promised that the benches will be in the shop on Saturday and that my table and benches will be delivered on Monday or tuestday this week. I spoke to someone on Monday and they said they will let me know. since this morning 9 o'clock nothing , I spoke to a lady this morning at nine and still I do not know what is going on. I will never in my live buy from Corricraft witbank again. the service is just poor and the staff cannot deliver a good customer service.
