Worst Service Ever!!!!

I bought a bed, base and headboard about 3 months ago from the Rosebank branch never have I experienced such shoddy and *********** service!! First they delivered only headboard after about 3 weeks when they assured everything will be delivered in 1.5wks. 6wks later I am told they don't have the right base but will loan me one. 4 wks later I heard nothing I call to follow up was passed from one person to another finally got someone who indicated correct base is available will deliver in a week. Delivery happened wrong base again!! Am still waiting for my base no one calls to follow up/apologize etc when I call no one to attend to the problem 3+ months after purchase and full payment!! **** company!!!
