Worst service ever!

The Coricraft charges me R750 for delivery less than 10 km away for a R10000 tv unit.

Without asking, Corricraft arranged to deliver between 5 pm and 7 pm, a time that did not suite me. None of the contact details worked for the coricraft team and I could not even ask for another delivery time.

Of course their driver did not deliver within their set time and arrived when I was not home and I also did not receive a call 30 min before they were going to arrive.

Now the delivery failure mail came through, saying "Coricraft failed to deliver your order today because Customer Didn't Arrive." which is utter nonsens! As I was sitting there from 7am until 7pm waiting for them.

Now they would not even book me for the next day even though its their fault for not delivering!

Utterly disgusted at the "premium service" that coricraft gives their clients! I will now gladly go someplace else!
