WORST SERVICE EVER

<p> I bought a couch with Coricraft in Highveld Mall on the 6th of August 2016. The saleslady in the store (Jane) told me that the order will take 4 weeks to be delivered. I paid R 795 for delivery of my couch to my home in Middelburg. About 2 weeks after I, PAID IN FULL for the couch as well as the delivery I was informed by their warehouse that the couch will only be delivered on the 12th of September 2016. On the 19th of September after probably 7 calls to the warehouse a lady named Angie actually told me that my couch will only be finished on Wednesday the 21st of September 2016 but that they can only deliver it WHEN they have a truck coming to Middelburg. This after I duly paid R795 for delivery. Well until today I have not received any feedback on whether my couch is finished or when it would be delivered. It has now been more than 7 weeks........LONG STORY SHORT 7 WEEKS LATER I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY COUCH… You would expect if you pay a lot of money for quality furniture that you will receive quality service, apparently not at Coricraft.</p>
