Worst service

We ordered 2 couches and were told that it would take 5-6 weeks for delivery. We paid the full amount and after 7 weeks (and numerous phone calls to them, where nobody knew what was going on and promising to phone me back - but never did) we received one couch. It is more than 8 weeks after we placed our order and we haven't heard anything back about the couch that must still be delivered. If I knew Coricraft would give such poor service, we never would have ordered through them. They will never see us again!
