Worst online order service EVER

Placed an online order days ago. No update on when I can expect delivery. After 4 days try to phone them...hold on forever, just for a "we are very busy, can we take a message"? You're kidding me. Went from one of my favourite stores to.....HUH? This is your level of service? Like REALLY?
