Worst customer service since Home Affairs!!!!

Coricraft Park Meadows, the worst customer service.

Coricraft is quick to take your money but once that is done the customer service is out the window, Sales people will sell you the items in a hurry without telling you that the items have special requirements. When asked why you were not informed about the requirements they will tell you , "IT'S NOT MY PROBLEM", and will not issue you a refund without you begging for it and even then you will not receive a refund.

I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this store as it is an extremely unpleasant experience, you will not get any assistance from the store and sales agents, MICHELLE from the Park Meadows branch.

I hope Coricraft will actually assist with this matter but that will also probably take 8 weeks!!!

Do not waste your time and money!

Our Park Meadows store is a new concept store with very passionate staff, so I am sorry you had this unusual experience with Michelle. I understand the couch you purchased was too big for your space, but we have delivered a smaller design to you now, which I hope suits your space beautifully. We are redesigning our website to be very clear on the measurements of each of our couch styles, and ensuring every single sales consultant understands how to explain these to our customers. Our lead time is one of the best in the market, although it may fluctuate from time to time due to circumstances beyond our control. We have now added a Ready-Made range, making our best-selling couch styles/ sizes/ fabrications immediately ready for delivery for those who do not want to wait.
