Worst customer service ever

I bought a couple of items from Coricraft East London on the 28th of December and then returned one of my purchases because I was not happy with the item bought. I was told I would receive my refund within 7 days but its been 11 days and I still have not received my money and I have heard nothing from the store. I would never buy anything from any Coricraft store in my life. I even have an ulcer because of them and even had an asthma attack as a result of all the calls I had to make to them and visits to the store but still no refund.
